Should I Use Venusmin Or Other Medicines If Having Pain From Big Hemorrhoid, Piles?
I have a big haemorrhoid pilis, which is causing pain. Should I use venusmin or are there other medicines for this. I do not have constipation and my bowel movement is normal. I was wondering why I can still have piles problem. Thanks for your advice.

Venusmin is used in acute inflamed hemorrhoids.
If the pain is intolerable and there is bleeding, infection of hemorrhoid is possible. In that case, a 5-7 days course of an antibiotic (to cure infection), anti-inflammatory drug 9 to reduce piles' swelling and pain), intra-rectal anti-hemorrhoidal jelly containing steroids, xylocaine; and sitz bath would give you relief.
The best treatment would be either get banding or sclerosing therapy (minor surgical procedures, done in outpatient department) for permanent relief.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable/modified treatment as advised.
