Should I Treat Cold, Sore Throat, Blocked Nose, Headache, Ibuprofen Has Not Helped?

i have a cold or the flue which consists of a headaches, sore throat and a blocked nose, suddenly after i woke up from a rest i had earache which hurts every time i burp or hiccup. I've taken ibuprofen which has taken care of the headaches, and i took some co-codamol which stopped the overall pain of my earache but it still hurst when i burp hiccup and not when i cough. i also a having trouble sleeping. should i go to the hospital or treat it as the flu?

Your symptoms sounds like a common cold.You can have a warm chicken soup lemon tea and vitamin c supplement.Get some steam inhalation also.Can have acetaminophen and nasal decongesants. If high temperature,yellowish sputum then you should consult your doctor to have antibiotics.Hope this may help you.
