Hi,
Glycomet alone cannot always help conception if you are not ovulating; it helps in inducing ovulation through correction of insulin resistance which is an associated feature of PCOD and is not in itself an ovulation inducing drug. Ovacare is a formulation of minerals and vitamins and is used while planning for conception. What you need is a complete planned approach with prior work up as regards your hormonal status, tubal patency and pelvic state through a sonogram. Maintenance of a healthy weight, healthy diet and a regular exercise help a long way. Take care.
