55 year old male was stung or bitten in the hand while mowing the yard. Is experiencing thorbing and pain in the right thumb palm of his hand. pain enough to keep him awake. Took Benedrly 5 hours ago and has kept the swelling down some what. When should go to dr. Just took 400 mg Ibuprofen

You have to visit the your doctor he will clean the wound. , remove pus if it formed in wound. , do the dressing so it will heal fast.
You need some medicine to reduce the pain n fasten the healing
