Should I Go To ER For Chills And Fever During Pregnancy?

I am 39 weeks pregnant. I have the chills and a fever of 101. I took two Tylenol and my fever is down to 100 within 30 minutes. I took a shower and feel better. I don't have any pain or signs of labor. my water did not break. I want to go to bed and see how I feel in a few hours. should I panic and go to ER?

You need not to worry much as you are feeling better now. But you need a checkup from your doctor along with some investigations to rule out any infectious cause of your fever. This is not an urgent requirement and you can do this after some rest.
