Should I Be Worried About Lower Back Pain, Abdominal Pain, Appetite Loss And Weight Loss?

Okay, I m 19 years of age atm, so this is going to sound like paranoia, but I d rather that paranoia be confirmed lol. I was at about 220 pounds, in a month I lost 25 pounds without any effort. I lost my sense of appetite( which has just recently returned) but during that time I had a dull ache in my upper abdominal. The ache today is more severe and my lower back is killing me, but I think it may be from poor form on bench pressing. Are these things to be worried about? They seem like pancreatic symptoms to me, but I know that s virtually impossible at this young of an age. Also the weight I lost was fat and has improved my athletic ability in certain tests, so it s not like I lost muscle mass or anything. what is your opinion? I d appreciate it if you shared it. Should I go see a doctor?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
You should consult your doctor. Lower back pain, abdominal pain, appetite loss and weight loss could be due to tuberculosis .I would suggest you to get yourself examined by an Orthopaedician for proper diagnosis and management.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
