Should I Be Concerned About The Sharp Pain Under The Rib During Pregnancy?

I have clots in my right lung that are being treated with lovinox and oxycodone. I am 10 weeks pregnant and this morning I yawned and felt a pop under my rib on my right side with intense sharp pain. Pain has subsided to more of a dull aches pain. Sharp with deep breath. Should I worry

Hi,     
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. As you have mentioned that there is clot in your left lung means there is PULMONARY EMBOLISM, and the treatment is HEPARIN. Sometimes this clot formation can lead to fluid accumulation in between the pleural cavities i.e PLEURAL EFFUSION which can present with sharp pains. You need CT scan with ABDOMINAL SHEILDING to confirm this.
