Should I Be Concerned About Hurting Teeth, Headache & Nausea In A 11 Yo After A Fall?

My 11 year old was running and playing and he fell, hit his nose and teeth on my younger son s shoe and ground. He had a bilateral nosebleed (which has now stopped), but his teeth are hurting and he is developing a headache. THANKS FOR YOUR QUERY,
i have gone through your question...the pain and numbness in the teeth could be because of the fracture in the teeth or the bone in the affected area...the bleeding could be due to any laceration of fractured nasal bone....the headache could be secondary to the nasal bone fracture...consult a oral physician and you need to take radiographs like IOPAR, OPG and LATERAL CEPHALOGRAM to rule out the above said conditions....
