Hi

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

There is no cause for concern.
The common side effect at this dosage will be some degree of gastritis and altered vomiting( slight gastric bleeding may occur). 1-2 episodes there is no cause for concern.
Rest be assured there is no cause for concern.

Take Care
