General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the allergic reaction, may be to some clothes, cosmetics, soap, or foods, or drugs. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe citrizine, mild steroid, and antibiotic for relief. Thank you.
