Dear Ma'am,

Sorry to hear about your problem but I am glad that you are seeking medical attention for the same. The problem you are describing is very common around you age and is known as fibroadenosis. In this condition ladies have pain in the breasts, which is usually more before their periods starts and it gradually subsides after the periods, only to recur again after a few days. It is usually not a sign of malignancy but this has to be ruled out by getting an ultrasound of the breasts. My advise to you would be to visit a breast surgeon and have your symptoms evaluated.
If no suspicious lumps are found, the doctor will probably put you on capsules of vitamin E, which help in reducing the pain. Also wear a proper breast support (like a sports bra), as it helps in reducing the pain. Avoid excessive caffeine intake.

Hope you get well soon.
