The pain starts suddenly, starts from the one side back, and radiates downward to the groin and even leg. Frequent urinating and burning when urinating appears. Sometimes such symptoms can be also caused by urinary tract inflammation but the pain is not so strong. You should have abdominal ultrasound, full blood work and urine analysis performed.
