Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Mentioned by you symptoms are indeed very characteristic for kidney stones. The pain starts suddenly, starts from the one side back, and radiates downward to the groin and even leg. Frequent urinating and burning when urinating appears. Sometimes such symptoms can be also caused by urinary tract inflammation but the pain is not so strong.
You should have abdominal ultrasound, full blood work and urine analysis performed.
Hot baths can bring some relief however you need to be prescribed by your doctor with muscles relaxing pain killers.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
