Severe Weight Gain And Neck Pain. On Sertraline For Depression. Management Of Pain?

I have recently gained alot of weight and recently started suffering neck pain. I am 30 year old Female. 5ft 6. Weight now is 14st 9/93kgs but fit and healthy. I suffer from depression for which I take sertraline and I have been to the Dr's about the above as it is accompanied by fatigue. Sometimes, if I move my neck only slightly I will end up with pain for days. Other times my neck is fine. Any suggestions??
