Severe Stomach Problem With Fever

my girlfriend is sick and cant keep anything in her stomach (water or food). she throws it up and she is dry heaving. she had a fever but it broke. what can i give her that will stay in her stomach?

Hello,
It seems that she is having gastroenteritis. This can be due to eating contaminated food. She must do the following:
- Drink fluids even in small frequent amounts. Make sure she is urinating normally. If not, this means that she is going to dehydration.
- Try to avoid eating at least till the vomiting stops. Once the vomiting stops, give her a warm soup and foods that are easy to digest.
- Complete rest.
