Severe Stomach Cramps, Diarrhea, Dry Mouth, Bleeding In Stool, Getting Better Now. What Could Be This?
Five days ago, it started with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and dry mouth. A day later, I had a mild fever and noticed some bleeding in my stool. The bleeding stopped the next time I stooled, which was later the same day. Three days passed without any signs of bleeding until today, I saw some blood in my stool again. My stomach cramps are gone; however, there remain signs of discomfort. Each day, my body seems to be getting back to normal meaning my symptoms are fewer and weaker.

Hope you are doing good. Usually stomach cramps and fever do occur with diarrhea and often with severe diarrhea blood in stool has also been noted. You did not mentioned that the blood in your stool was fresh or clotted blood , Usually fresh blood indicated lower GI bleed and clotted or black color blood indicated upper GI ( Bleeding from stomach or intestines ).
you should do stool RE , PT/APTT and Blood CP Tests to get better idea. You don't need to worry. Take some good Medicine after discussing it with your family Physician like
paracetamol
Metronidazole
Antibiotics
ORS
Probiotics

You should get physically examined by your doctor for P/R examination & Proctoscopy done on OPD basis.
Do USG (Abdo-Pelvis), CBC, stool (R & M).
Till then take analgesics, antispasmodics with your doctor's advice.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Correct Hb, if deranged.
Take high fiber diet, green leafy vegetables.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
