Hi there,
Thanks for your query.
From the information provided, it seems that piles was the consequence of
chronic constipation with consequent straining during passing stools.
Firstly, a minor surgical procedure on the bowel does produce a transient
shock of the bowel. If you have constipation, I am sure the doctor must have recommended laxative for a few days following banding. If not, take Syrup
Lactulose 30ml twice daily for 2-3 days. You will feel much better once the bowel movements are normalized.
Also, you are apparently suffering from disc herniation of the lower back vertebrae. The
nerve pains will therefore keep on coming off and on. Take Pregabanyl + Vit B12 (1500mcg) daily, which will significantly relieve you of the nerve pains.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable treatment as advised.
