Severe Leg Cramps With Intense Pain And Stiffness In Cold Surroundings. How Can I Get Over This?
Hi Doctor, I am 67, male, I suffer from severe leg cramps in the nights especially when the room becomes more colder with the use of the air conditioner. It lasts at least for about 5 min. at least, some times recurring few more times. I suffer very badly with unbearable pain and stiffness in the legs when this occurs. Can I get any remedy for this please?

Get your knee xrays and get vit B12 evaluation, it might be arthritic response of your knees to muscle or simply vit B12 or Vit E def, so revert back after initial evaluation............regards
