Severe Cough. Chest X-ray Shows Patchy Opacities In Right Paracardiac Region. Treatment?

hi doctor I have a 4 month old son & he is having cough from lat few days now as prescribed by the doctor we got done the X-Ray of the chest and in the report it is showing that there is a patchy opacities seen in right paracardiac region. Now i just want to is there any thing serious. Also what remedies to be taken. kindy help me please..............

it could be pneumonia and many number of things..does he have had contact with someone with tuberculosis? if its pneumonia he can be given an antibiotics which will be for 7 days and he will be alright.
