Severe constipation, white mucus in stools, weakness in legs, lower abdominal pain. Causes and treatment?

I m a patient of white mucus in stool with severe constipation despite taking water about 3-4 four liter a day. After passing stoll I feel weakness in my legs and also a pain erupts in my lower part of abdomen. Please clarify whether it is due to intestine bacterial disease or suggest me for treatment and also medicine and restirictions in food?

Thanks for query.
It seems that you might have chronic amoebiasis giving this problem.
Go for stool test for bacterial or amoebic infection.
Go for anti amebic medicine course and you will be alright.
Take light diet like buttermilk,curd,rice.
Avoid fried and junk food.
