Severe Back Pain, Nausea And Headaches. Frequent Bowel Movements. What Is Causing This?

Hi, I constantly have really bad back pain its the bottom of my back and also going up the right side. I like I was to vomit a lot and get a lot of headaches and for the past month and a half I've going to the bathroom a lot not urinating but passing stools. Everytime I eat I have to immeditley go to the bathroom to pass stools. Can you give me any help of what could be the matter?

The symptoms that you have described are likely to be due to an irritable bowel. The pain in the back could be due to a bad posture, poor nutrition, stress or indigestion. You need to get yourself physically examined to find out the cause.

From description it seems you are suffering from gastroenteritis. Back pain seems to be due to inappropriate posture, indigestion and stress. I suggest you to get it evaluated by a physician to confirm the cause and definitive treatment according to that.
