Diabetologist 's  Response

You are suffering from back muscle strain due to improper posture(High heels).

You may need
1. Rest.
2. Physiotherapy for back muscle strengthening.
3. MRI of the spine.
4. Consult an orthopedician.

Do use flat heels as much as possible.
