Ok so for the past 3 days my vagina has been really sensative I thought it was because I had sex for the first time (I did use protection and I'm on the pill) but when I examined myself today I noticed my clit was swollen after closer examination I noticed a small red bump it doesn't ich it's just uncomfortable when anything runs against it (such as jeans

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

There is possibility some vaginal infection or abrasions during intercourse.
Sometimes allergy to the barrier contraceptives can also lead to this type of problem.
If the symptoms persist better to consult gynecologist once and get examined.
After using local and systemic medicines probably your symptoms will decrease.
Better to avoid tight clothing for few days till the symptoms resolve. Use cotton soft inner wear.
