Hello and welcome to HCM,

The semen analysis report suggests:
1. The volume, color, pH, viscosity, liquefaction time of the semen are all within normal limits.
2. The sperm concentration i.e. 65x10ˆ6/ ml is normal.
3. However, the motility is slightly on the lower side. Atleast 50% sperms should be motile for successful conception.
4. There is presence of infection which is suggested by presence of WBCs.
Antibiotics need to taken for this infection.
You need to consult your doctor for microscopic examination and culture of the semen.
Isolation of the causative organism will help in prescription of appropriate antibiotic.
semen analysis should be repeated after clearance of infection.

Thanks and take care
