Semen Leakage, Frequent Urination. Lower Back Pain. Taking Light Medication. Suggestions?

Hello doc
For some time now I've been having semen leakage
Now i feel like urinating frequently sometimes when i do before or after i urinate there's usually a clear fluid and sometimes the urine might be sticky.
I'm also experiencing meld lower back pain.
Presently, I'm taking Forever Mult-Maca supplement and Zinc supplement.
I've also quit masturbation and alcohol

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns and am glad to hear that you have stopped masturbating and using alcohol, although they may not be related to your current condition which seems to be a urinary tract infection. I recommend that you consult a doctor or a psychiatrist who can help with the medications. "Semen leakage" can happen during a UTI but also due to various other reasons. I also believe that your lower back pain will become better when the UTI is treated. Also since you do not mention what "light medications" you are using, it might be as well to consult a doctor to see if they are right for you.
