Hello and welcome to HCM,
The presence of WBCs in such great numbers indicates an infection of the genital tract. This infection needs to be treated with appropriate antibiotics.
All other parameters - volume, sperm count and sperm concentration are within normal limits.
However, progressive motility is only 30%. It should be atleast 50%.
But, in the presence of infection, the motility cannot be labelled as sub-normal.
Agglutination may be due to presence of infection.

A repeat semen examination is required after treating the infection.

Thanks and take care
