Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
hello and welcome to HCM,

The analysis of your semen analysis report is as follows:
1. The physical characters of the semen-volume, pH, viscosity are within normal limits.
2. The sperm concentration has not been mentioned. However, for conception, atleast 20 million sperms should be present per ml of the semen.
3. The motility of the sperms is 75%, however, only 15% sperms have rapid progressive motility. For conseption, atleast 50% sperms should show rapid progressive motion.
4. Abnormal forms constitute 45% of all sperms. For conception atleast 50% sperms should have normal morphology. In your case, the normal forms are 55%.
5. There is presence of 1-2 RBCs and 0-1 WBCs.
Presence of these cells suggests presence of mild infection.
You can take a short course of antibiotics after consulting your doctor.

A repeat semen analysis is indicated after treating the infection.
No opinion is possible on one semen analysis report and in the presence of infection.

Thanks and take care
