Hi Manjari,
You already know the root cause of your problem! Whatever inflammatory lesions and hair in growth you are having is because of shaving and waxing. Firstly I would advise you to take a break from shaving/waxing for a while to let the hair grow completely. Also in the meanwhile apply
steroid antibiotic combination to settle the inflammatory lesions. Never do dry shaving, always lather the skin with soap prior to shaving and shave in direction of hair growth. Hair in growth occurs when the hair is thick and skin is stretched too much, it leads to recoiling of hair in hair follicle that further causes inflammation. When taking waxing sessions, always exfoliate the area with scrub and pumice stone. Ask the practitioner to do waxing properly so that hair is pulled from root rather than incompletely broken. Apply ice and
astringent immediately after waxing to soothe the skin and steroid antibiotic cream for few days to prevent
skin inflammation.
Glycolic acid peels might also help in pigmentation and scarring. The best and permanent solution would be to go for
laser hair reduction, instead of waxing or shaving. Take care
