Brief Answer:
Don't worry, maintain hygiene, consult dermatologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.
I would like to know more about your problem.
Since how long are you having these lesions?
Secondly, have they appeared after use of any ointment or hair removal cream?

As such if it is not itching or painful, mostly it can be some kind of follicular erruptions.
I will suggest you not to scratch or rub onit.

Keep private parts clean and dry.

You can consult dermatologist,if these lesions increase in number or size.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please communicate with me again if needed.
Thanks.

They appeared after I shaved (also used a ne shaving gel) and after I used monistat cream. It looks like some of them have a hair follicle sticking out of them. w
