Tuberculosis infection does not caused disease in every person. Occurrence of disease depends on many factors, among them most important is immunity status of patient. You mat have infection which might not had resulted in disease, hence no history as told by you. Only presence of lesions on X-ray chest described by you does not warrants for treatment. It depends on support from other evidences like symptoms of patient, sputum status, presence of TB bacteria in sputum etc.
