Right Side Of Neck Down To Top Of Shoulder Sore, Sore Under Chin On Left Side. What's Wrong ?

Hi, Over the past few hours I have noticed my right side of my neck down to the top of my shoulder have become sore. Also, under my chin on the left side is very sore if I touch it (but not where the gland is). I looked at my throat and it looks red in the back but it doesn t hurt, just feels a little tight. Whats wrong??? Thanks!

Hi
Thank you for your question.

These symptoms may be coming from throat (inside) or neck (muscles and bones). It would be more helpful to know if you have associated symptoms like fever, cough, chronic neck pain etc. You will need detailed clinical examination by a doctor to determine where the soreness is coming from.

Wish you the best.
