Resting Heart Rate Of 170 For A 20 Years Old Female, What Could Be The Wrong ?
I am a 20 year old white femail with a one year old daughter, i do smoke and i am over weight. I have a family history of heart disorders and i myself have been newly diagnosted with a heart murmur and a sinus arrythmia. I am being sent for a echo but i am very curious as to what some possible diagnosis may be. I have only been treated for hypertension during my pregnancy .

My problem , am facing tremendus pain in joints like finger , wrest,
foot fingure and yesterday pain was started on the backside of knee
and that why I could not fold my leg also. The duration of the pain is
24-30 hours and after taht it is normal . Again upto 7-10 days it is
normal. Then suddenly any joint area pain will be start and it's too
painful. Am suffing in this problem since last year. First it was
started at left hand near to color bonn area) in winter season.
Also note that due to this problem , am started morning walk . My present doctor push a injection of DTH. And taking the medicine but no improvement. In my bold test report "Uric Acid" is normal. But RA factor is 325 . Pls. help.

as of now echo is very important..nothing can be said without an echo..there are many causes for a murmer and arrhythmia..since u have a strong family history get a thorough evaluation done and prevent further complications..
