Removed Skin On Top Of A Blood Blister. Had Plantar Wart Between Foot, Toe. Time To Heal?
Hi, I accidentally removed the layer of skin on top of a blood blister, I immediately covered it in antibiotic ointment and it is currently wrapped in gauze. I had a plantar wart between my big toe and foot frozen. Last night I drained the blood and today while draining the blood the skin came off. There is still a little bit of skin around the edges. I am petrified of it becoming infected. I took off the gauze a little while ago and where the skin was missing the was like a dark purple/black section, which I think could have been blood drying. The wound is about half an inch. How long do you think it will take to heal? Should I visit a doctor on Monday?
Hi.first see whether plantar wart is removed completely or bot.incomplete removal can lead to bleeding.if it is completely removed take oral antibiotics and apply antibiotic cream to the lesion it heals within 15 days
