Reddish Sore Lumps In The Legs, Tight Calf Muscles. Permanent Cure?

hi i have develped really sore reddish lumps in my legs (lower) recently since i joined the gym 10 days ago. I have always suffered with sore skinns and tight calf muscles causing me pains since i was 18, i AM NOW 39. These red lumps are painful to touch and do eventuallly disappear after a week or 2. i havent bee to a GP yet and also i dont have one.....

do you have any dilated visible veins in legs,fever,numbness or fatigue of legs on walking,does they appear warm than rest of your body..your age wt,profession
painful sore swelling in calf muscles can be deep vein thrombosis,perforator insufficiency..
so dont ignore consult a surgeon get examined,venous doppler and other tests and get to normal soon
