Red Spots On Throat Without Fever. Is This Is A Strep Infection ?

My fiance just had strep throat within the last month. He went to the doc and was given meds. He has mentioned that since he hasn t felt 100%. Within the last month tiny red blood spots have shown up on the roof of his mouth and the back of his throat. There is a little soreness but no fever , fatigue or runny nose. Could this just be a cont. strep throat? Would it have something to do with his tonsils? He has gotten strep once a year for the last 5 years. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

HI
Welcome to Healthcaremagic Forum

Has he undergone any blood tests? Are there any lymphnodes visible/palpable..means any swollen bumps around neck or anywhere.

Recurrent sore throats can be treated by homeopathy.
