Red Ring Around Penis Tip, Pain After Ejaculating, Pustules On Penis Head. History Of Thrush. Suggestions?

Hi there I had thrush about a year ago and since then my penis dorsnt look right I have a red ring around the tip and pain after I cum. The penis feels tight n swollen I also have tiny wart like things but very very small like you almost cant see them they are on the tip of the penis but nowhere else I hear it could be paputicules or somthing like that can you help?

Physical examination will give a clue if it is a normal variant or a disease that needs treatment.
The redness could mean infection and the examining doc will be able to come to a diagnosis.
Both problems are treatable and there should be no worry.
