Red mark in inner elbow. No discomfort or pain. What may this be?

Hi I have a red welt mark on my arm in the soft tissue of my inner elbow where it bends. About 1 to 1.5 in length. There is no irritation pain or general discomfort. noticed about three months ago it does seem to have increased in size though this may just be down to me thinking it has. Can you tell me what this may be
