Red Dot On Cheek. Why Does It Turn White? Help

Hi, 9 months ago i noticed at the bottom of my right cheek, a pin sized red dot appeared, when you touch it, it turns white and when yoy let go it turns red again. now the surrounding area is also red. What is this? and why hasnt it gone away? Recently been referred to an ENT specialist as i have fluid in my ears which willnot go away with medication , could this be related?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello. it is highly unlikely that these 2 complaints are related, you may be having a hemangioma ( harmless vascular mass) in your cheek, this should disappear within a few more months. kindly consult your ENT doctor, he will be able to help you. thanks
