Recurring swollen rash over stomach spreading to back and legs, no change in diet. What could it be?

Hi, my name is Hanna. I am 17 and about 5 or so months ago I got a rash that was swollen and all over my stomach . A couple of months later I got it again, but it went away fast. Last night I broke out in a rash again and it was worse...spreading to my back and legs. I have no changes in diet or anything. What could it be?
