Recurring Problem Of Locking Leg, Tight Tendons, Swollen, Warm And Sore Knee, Feeling Of Two Bones Rubbing. Advice

My knee has swollen leaving a space where the cartilledge should be almost as if my knee has pushed back also the right side of my knee is very warm and sore I can feel two bones rubbing together and the tendants are very tight this is a recurring problem that locks my leg up so I cant straighten it. It is rather painful any ideas please as my hospital and docters cant seem to find an issue

The symptoms that you have described are likely to be due to osteoarthritis changes in the knee joint. There is decrease in the joint lubricants causing all these symptoms. You need to have adequate supplements for relief.
