Reason For White Sores On The Back Of Throat?

I got my wisdom tooth removed 6 days ago. The week before my tooth was pulled I had a sore throat. I was treated and continued the same meds after my tooth was pulled... The same day wisdom tooth was removed my throat was hurting so bad but only on the left side where extraction was. It s been 6 days and the pain I m feeling is brutal. My left side of face is throbing on the bone /jaw line. Now I have these white sores on back of throat. They hurt so bad, when I take a drink of water it feels like I m swallowing razor blades then it hit me like a brick and starts throbing even worse. Please help. My Dentist is closed for Easter.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You will need to visit an ENT or a dentist. Post extraction, such pain should not be neglected. If your dentist is closed and an ENT is not available, visit the ER or a GP as soon as possible.
