Reason For Testicle Pain When Lifting Heavy Objects?
I have had this problem for a long time and it seems the docs all mis diagnose me . any time I lift heavy objects ie bales of hay or boxes of books my right testicle hurts to the point of tears and today I lifted up my 6yr old some and suddenly sharp pain in right testicle and I put him down right away it lasts for 3-5 days then it subsides

Hi and welcome to HCM. It looks like there is inguinla hernia and you should have surgeon examiantion to verifiy how big it is. Also some other less common causes can be considered sich as neuromuscular problems. testicle infections or neuropathies. But as I said it sounds to me like possible hernia.
