Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of passing stool 5-6 times in a day, particularly withing half an hour of taking anything orally. Otherwise very active life but has to plan the outing to adjust the time in such a way that can reach home within half an hour of eating, no junk foods, exercises regularly, pure vegetarian with more fruits and vegetables.
The commonest cause of passing stool 5-6 times a day, particularly after food is suggestive of the following:
IBS is irritable bowel syndrome.
Inflammatory lesion in or near intestines causing reflex irritation.
I would advise the following in such a case:
CT scan of the abdomen.
You have already undergone endoscopy and colonoscopy, which looks to be normal.
Tests of stool, blood particularly for thyroid, liver functions.
If all these tests are normal and if you feel that there is a connection between passage of stool and anxiety/stress then this can be considered as IBS and treated with anxiolytic or as required as per the opinion of a Psychologist.
Try to find the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problem and stop all these strictly.
Also have a trial of of stopping a particular group of foods like dairy and dairy products for example and see the results.
If a specific cause has been found then get treated accordingly and you will be fine.
