Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a viral infection.

Do you have any other symptoms like fever, dizziness, cough, running nose, etc.?

What are your actual blood pressure values?

I would recommend taking ibuprofen 400mg or Tylenol three times daily for some days. If your troubles persist, I recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical check up and some tests:

- a complete blood count for anemia or infection
-PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation
- kidney and liver function tests.

And don't forget to measure your blood pressure during those episodes. High blood pressure could lead to these troubles.

Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
