Rashes all over body. What should be done?

I have been experiencing a traveling rash . The skin doesn t look inflamed until I start scratching it, but it itches terribly (backs of knees, stomach , entire back, butt, front of thighs, insides of elbows). At any given time it is one or more of these areas. When itching and pink/redness subsides there is no residual rash to see, but some scabbing from breaking the skin. This has been going on for 2 weeks, it began on my back alone a few days after using a new bodywash. No longer using the body wash for over a week and a half but experiencing the same itching or worse. Also, since yesterday have a chilled feeling and shivers , as if I have a bad sunburn but no redness.

it look like you have some allergic pruritus over body .as you feel cold and shiver you need to do blood test to rule out infection as it may be cause of the itching .
dryness of skin ,thyroid disorder may cause itching ,so let me know if you have some disease or not
apply good moisturizer over body ,drink more water .
avoid direct sun exposure ,very hot water bath and harsh soap .
you can take anti histaminic tab for itching
better to consult dermatologist
