Hi,

The rash in axillae may contact allergic dermatitis. There may be mild to severe itching and it may be exacerbated by perspiration. Deodarants may be the cause. Soap and water or clothes are othe factors, which can cause such disease. Candidiasis may be ruled out by close clinical examination. KOH examination for fungus may be done.

Take antihistaminics like levocetirizine to relieve itching. If there is oozing or secondary bacterial infection, antibiotics may be given. Oral steroids in tappering dose may taken if needed. Local appliction of combined steroid and antibiotic cream may be done.

Avoid soap bath, you may use dettol liquid for bath.

You may be improved, still, you consult dermatologist.
