Rash On Inner Tight And Testicles, Occasional Itching, Slight Smell. What Could Be This?
I have a rash on my inner tight and testicles... It's been about 10 days. I've only really applied baby powder on the area to keep it dry. It has gotten a little better but the little bumps and rash are still there. At times it starts to itch. It also has a slight smell in the area... Was just wondering what this could be? And what should I apply to the area

It seems that you are having fungal infection in groin and on testicles.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Take oral anti-fungal like Flucanozole.
Keep local part clean, dry, airy and well shaved.
