Pulsing Feeling On Top Of Head, Mimics Of Heart Beat. Reason?

Hello, I have a very annoying pulsing feeling on a very small (tiny actually), specific area on top of my head. It almost sort of mimics my heartbeat , and has been going on for serveral hours today. Right now it has picked up quite a bit of speed. There are also moments when I m watching TV that I don t notice it. The pulsing sensations are not connected to any pain, but my ears are ringing. They ring quite a bit, most days.

You seem to be palpating an artery over your scalp and having arterial pulsation over scalp is normal. Ringing in ear can be because of various reasons but common is because of auditory nerve problem. Please consult an ENT for that. Also get your blood pressure monitored and if high, take treatment from a physician. Regards
