Progressive Pain In Right Eyelid, Eye Appearing Smaller, Pain When Eyelid Is Moved. Have Diabetes Type 2 Nd Eosinophilic Esophagitis. Possible Glaucoma?

Hi,I am a retired M.D. With type 2 diabetes and Eosinopnhilic Esophagitis. I noticed progressive pain over my rt. eye lid with the eye appearing smaller than the left eye. No hx of trauma or foreign body, etc. I wonder if I may have Glaucoma? What do you think? The eye looks injected and is painful upon moving the eye lid.

Hi, it appears that it is only blepheritis, with inflammation, swelling, and pain , which also can cause pain of the eyeball, in glaucoma the pain of the eye ball is even when it is at rest.
I advise you to consult an ophthalmic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Don't worry, and thanks for calling.
