Pricking pain below collar bone, lack of vitamin D3, no breast abnormality. Causes?

Hello doctor, I am 32 year old female, married and have 1 child. I have a pricking pain below my collar bone and above my chest since 1 week What could the reason be? I consulted a gynaecologist and she found no abnormality in my breasts. She says it could be lack of vitamin D3 and have prescribed some tablets. I still feel the pain occassionally

hi below collar above chest , no local problem as seen by doctor. Looks to be neuralgia from infra clavicular nerves . look for X ray C spine and herpes.
