Hello
Welcome to HCM

Sizodone is resperidone, it is an atypical antipsychotic drug. It is not given for poor appetite. I assume that it is being given for anorexia nervosa patient. It has good effects. 5 ml sizodone will contain 2 mg of drug. At this dose it is a safe drug. It has few side effects as sedation, increased appetite, increased weight, at high doses side effects as nausea, dizziness, extrapyramidal side effects as salivation, tremors, poor facial expression, dystonia, akathesia etc. You can give it with no worry, if any problem occurs then visit your psychiatrist.

thanks
